Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the MGF 2027 registration form collects and how it is used, in line with Moldova’s Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and the EU GDPR.

What we collect

The name, email, profile, studio or company, role, country, team size, links and message you enter in the form. We use no tracking cookies and do not store your IP address with your registration.

Why

To process your registration, confirm your place, organize the showcase, talks and meetings and — only if you opted in — send you event news.

How long

Data is kept for up to 12 months after the event and then deleted. It is stored on Vercel infrastructure (EU/US) and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to hello@mgf.md.
